10 things about Talal

First 10 questions from me ( Juny)

1.) At what age did you start singing?
     And what is the first song that you've had memorized? 

Talal :
 I started singing very early and I remember when I was in the elementary school I used to chant for school every morning.  I don't remember the first song, but it was Arabic for sure.

2.) Is there any of your family member who is a professional singer or related in the music industry?
   If there is any, does he or she influenced you to sing?
   If there is none, when did your passion for music starts?

Talal :
Well, none of my family can sing and I guess my passion for music was always there. I guess playing many games and watching movies made me love music and singing. 

3.) Are you aware that you are gifted with a unique voice, or somebody told you about it?

Talal :
Well, I knew that I can sing, but I wasn't quite sure that I was that good till 4years ago when I started singing some languages and dialects. 

4.) Did you attend a voice lesson?
    If not, do you have any plan? And why? (You are already gifted with a natural voice)
   What do you want to learn or wish to improve from your singing skill?

Talal :
I have always wanted to attend a voice lesson school, but unfortunately we don't have in our place. I'm planning, of course to improve my voice and I hope sooner not later.

5.) Do you know how to play any musical instrument?
   If yes, what kind/s of instrument and why you choose that/ those instrument.

Talal :
No, I don't play any instruments, but I have started learning to play a guitar. 

6.) Had you ever participated in a song competition?
   If you did, can you share us about your experience (the preparation, the actual competition and your feelings)
   If not, do you wish to participate one, like American Idol, X-factor and The Voice?

Talal:
 No, I haven't participated in any singing competition, but I'm planning to join Arab idol if I ever get the chance.

7.) Will you consider singing as a career if given the chance?

Talal :
 If given a chance I would be a full time singer yes.

8.) Do you have a favorite singer/s.
    (Elaborate why you like him or her)

Talal :
 Well, I don't have a favorite singer, but I like  most love songs, even though I listen to all kinds of music in all languages.

9.) What is your favorite song?

Talal :
As I said love songs are what I  love to hear and sing so there's no particular song in my mind.

10.) What does your name mean? 

Talal :
My name means THE ONE WITH LOVELY PRESENCE or something like BEAUTIFUL WHEN APPROACHING.

But Talal doesn’t just sing a simple song to make his life last longer. He sings your song, my song and anyone else’s song with life. His enthusiasm in singing brings him to a higher level of understanding not only his passion, but also other people’s emotion. 

He learned to speak other languages, understand tradition and cultural differences from other country song that he sings.

Words are limited to define his love for singing. It’s not the song, nor him who sings that matter. It is his voice that brings back the long forgotten serenade to life.
